How long does the laptop repair process take?

It depends on the problem: minor repairs usually take 1–2 business days. More complex issues (for example, motherboard replacement) can take 3–7 days. We always provide an estimated time after the initial inspection.

Is there a checking fee?

Yes, there’s an initial inspection fee. However, this fee will be deducted from the total repair cost if you agree to have your laptop repaired with us.

Do you provide a repair warranty?

Yes, we provide a warranty for our services and certain spare parts. Service warranty: 14–30 days (depending on the type of repair). Parts warranty follows the manufacturer’s terms.

Do you use original spare parts?

We always try to provide original spare parts. If they’re out of stock, we’ll inform you and offer alternatives (OEM/aftermarket) according to your needs and budget.
